Asking for help is hard
When I first started making Daily D6, it was just for me. Then I shared it with friends, and eventually made a TikTok about it. I never expected it to resonate with so many people. Even so, asking for help with this project still feels surprisingly difficultâdespite all the positive responses.
This is where you come inâIâd love your help in seeing how youâre engaging with the new maps. Iâve added a form where you can submit photos of your completed adventure maps for a chance to be featured in future issues of Daily D6.
My own map from last week is belowâI had a tough time staying consistent and ended with a score of 51. Hoping to beat that this week!

Weekly Encounter
As you pass through a narrow canyon, you find an alcove carved into the rock. Inside, a small wooden table holds six unlit candles. A sign nearby reads:
âChoose one to light. Every flame reveals a truth or a cost.â
Roll your D6 to discover your fate or pay 3AP to skip the encounter
You light the first candle. A warm breeze circles you, and a forgotten skill returns to mind.
đ Reward: +2 XPThe second candle flares suddenly, revealing a shadow behind you that vanishes in a blink. You feel drained.
â ď¸ Reward: â1 APYou light the third. A brief vision shows you succeeding at something youâve been doubting. You hold on to that hope.
đ Reward: +3 XPThe fourth candle sputters, then smokes. You cough, and your focus wavers for hours.
â ď¸ Reward: â2 XPYou light the fifth. The flame burns blue, and you feel unusually energized, as if time just bent in your favor.
đ Reward: +3 APThe sixth candle ignites slowly. In its light, you see a path you hadnât considered beforeâand it calls to you.
